Registration and Login

You may cancel your card and current account by emailing support@ompmoney.com

No special software is required. OMP Money uses your regular Internet browser and app installation

No OMP Money can be used as an alternative to traditional banking.

OMP Money is by recommendation referral only.

Click forgotten passcode, enter your email address and a one time passcode will be sent for your verification. You can then reset your passcode.

We will send you a confirmation email if you application is successful. If for any reason your documentation has not been verified, we will provide you an explanation via email and may offer you an alternative option to help you open your account.

Request again by clicking on “Resend one time passcode” on the screen. You may also need to check your spam/ junk mail.

You will be allowed 3 attempts to enter the correct one time passcode. After that you must regenerate the code using the ‘Resend one time passcode’ option.

Yes, the terms of use for OMP Money are linked on our website and can be seen here. You can review our Privacy and Refund Policies. If you do not check “Agree with Terms of Use”, you cannot proceed with the “Continue” button to create an account with OMP Money.

OMP Money is secure and uses the highest level of encryption. When you deposit your money with OMP Money this is held by Clear Bank Limited in a ‘Client Money Account’. This account is a segregated bank account and its sole purpose is to hold your funds for transactions. The Account cannot be accessed by third parties and is separate from our own monies and other assets. In the unlikely event that OMP Money incurs financial or liquidity problems, your funds would not be included in ours. Neither OMP Money nor its Clearing Bank invests your money with or lends it to third parties.

We will send you a confirmation email that your identification has been accepted or not. If for any reason your documentation has not been verified, we will explain why and may offer you an alternative option to help you open your account.

You will need to provide information from a Government issued document such as:

  • Valid passport
  • National ID
Along with proof of address which can include one of the following:
  • Utility bill (dated within the last 3 months – mobile phone bills are not accepted)
  • Council tax bill/ mortgage statement (current year)
  • Bank, building society or credit card statement (dated within last 3 months)
  • Benefits/pension book showing current address
  • Inland Revenue correspondence
  • Solicitors letter within the last three months confirming recent house purchase
  • Land registry confirmation of address.

Please note: If you have submitted your driving licence as proof of identity you cannot use the same document for proof of address). We will ask you to take and upload photographic evidence of both documents.

OMP Money is a mobile and web app featuring a current account and prepaid card to receive, send and spend money.

The current account and prepaid card(s) are not linked, and you can only spend the money that has been transferred to either your current account or card(s). The money held in the OMP Money current account are not bank deposits and do not earn interest.

Current Account

Use your account number and sort code to bank transfer money from another one of your accounts

Click on payments, select the payee’s name you wish to edit or delete. Swipe right and you will be presented with a delete option.

Send your account number and sort code to your recipient and they can transfer your money via bank transfer.

Click on the payee you wish to send money to; select the account you want to send your money from and enter the amount you would like to send. You will then be asked to enter your passcode to confirm the payment.

Click the payment icon on the bottom of the dashboard and follow the steps. You will need to provide the following information: Payee nickname and name, sort code, account number and reference.

Login to your OMP Money dashboard and make sure you have your current account button selected. You can then scroll through all your accounts.

You need to add a payee nickname so you can easily identify who you are sending money to. This is particularly useful if you have two payees with the same name.

Direct Debits and Scheduled Payments

Click the more button within the menu bar and select calendar and direct debits via the toggle bar at the top of the screen. Select the Direct Debit you wish to cancel and select ‘Cancel Direct Debit.’

Click send button within the menu bar and follow the steps outlined below:

Select payee

Enter amount

Enter reference

Select ‘Set up scheduled payments’

Enter the Start date (must be within 30 days of today’s date)

Enter amount of reoccurring payments (between 1 – 12)

Confirm Scheduled payment by entering 6-digit passcode

Your scheduled payment is all set up.

Click the more button within the menu bar, select calendar and direct debits via the toggle bar at the top of the screen. Your list of direct debits will then appear.

Click the more button within the menu bar and select calendar and scheduled payments via the toggle bar at the top of the screen. You can view your scheduled payments in a calendar format or by list.

You can set up a maximum of 10 scheduled payments.
